    when you talk to them, get their name and number and if you are unhappy talk to their supervisor if that does not resolve talk to his supervisor. Other wise cancell the agreement

    a. File a complaint at.
    b. Look up the law in your state on rescinding contracts. In some cases, such as fraud by the other party, you can retroactively make it as though you never signed the contract in the first place.
    c. Find a large number of persons in this situation and approach a lawyer who specializes in class action suits.
